The school needs to implement mental evaluations on people they want to appoint as managers. This female has no business being a manager nor a supervisor as she can’t even manage herself. I can’t remember how many times, she wouldn’t show up to work, would come to work late and have emotional outburst. As well, I would highly encourage for the institution to consider installing cameras with audio capabilities in the workplaces in the near future so that whenever an employee comes forward to HR or EEOC regarding a concern of the manager’s behavior or a harassment/discriminatory claim, the HR rep could easily see the footage of it rather than dismissing it. A lot of changes are needed but one thing for sure is that she has no business being a manager at all!

Horrible boss and human being! My biggest advice to anyone who is her employee is don’t ever try to stoop to her level to get even with her if she’s done you wrong. Instead just report her, file a case or call the campus police and local police on her. It’ll be better to see upper management, authorities and whomever handle her and fire her than you take matter on your own hands. It’s not worth it! Report, report, report!

I think she got fired from her job! She’s currently employed at Trinity University make way less money. I guess she had it coming to her! What comes around goes around! Ive always heard that God will take care of your enemies and it seems to be true! This will teach her to be humble and treat others with dignity and respect.
