I used to work for her a while back where I got let go after reporting her to her boss and HR twice. I even reported her to EEOC at the university and with the state of TX. I reported a discrimination and harassment claim towards her due to her behaviors towards members of protected classes in specifically religion and gender. She’s extremely vocal to her employees that’s she’s an atheist and HATES Judeo-Christian individuals. As well, she vocalizes as well of her disdain and hatred towards males in the workplace due to the pay wage gap (but ironically she’s a woman who is a manager, the director is a woman, there’s multiple Chairmans that are females). Cognitive dissonance at its finest! Furthermore, I reported her for lying about her mental health disorder (she’s tried to use her supposedly medical condition to shame others and to get out of situations by using her employees as scape goats). After I reported her for the second time, she started to micromanage, started a performance evaluation. Lastly, she got my coworkers to turn against me where finally she scheduled a last minute Zoom meeting with the dept HR rep. After listening to multiple employment attorneys, I learned that what Lisa did was the standard 101 retaliation (they see this happen all time when an employer reports their boss). My biggest takeaway is learn you rights, do a paper trail, always remember HR is not your friend but you still need to report to HR to cover your back, contact the EEOC and finally contact an employment attorney ASAP once you start feel that your boss is out to get you so can help you through the process. You might have a good case! The funniest thing out of all this experience is she will cry wolf and blame people of harassment of numerous people in the university but she will literally yell, scream, throw stuff at her employees and treat you different for identifying with a Judeo-Christian background for months but the moment a person gives it not .05% of her same medicine she’s complaining, crying wolf and wants to contact the police, her mom, dad and everyone. She needs to keep the same energy! If not, don’t dish out what you take. To put the nail in the coffin, I got a job offer to work at a global billionaire dollar company afterwards. God is good!

She’s a feminist who probably pushes for a single parent household or applauds for a two same gender household in messing up the nuclear family. Second, she will classify individuals based on who has the most lineage in the country especially within Hispanics like if it matters at all! Like as if her stupidity doesn’t divide people at all. There’s numerous first generation Americans and naturalised citizens who have was successful moved up in social class earning 3x more than Lisa Chavez’s salary. Lastly, I’m just happy that Lisa isn’t a faculty member especially a professor at UTSA in corrupting the minds of students here.
