She’s a feminist and supposedly hates “patriarchy”. I honestly don’t care what people believes in or what they value as long it doesn’t affect my life, health or income in any way. She will show her hatred to men in the work place and speak about how oppressed females are but then will turn around to a man to have him handle certain difficult tasks or deal with difficult people in the dept. She makes no sense at all!!!! Again, she will literally hire a male employee to use as some type of “workplace bodyguard” to fend off difficult employees in within the dept. She needs to make up her mind. Speaking for the office and dealing with difficult employees falls on the responsibility of the manager!

Lisa should not be a first line supervisor. She doesn’t know how to manage an office let alone doesn’t know how to manage herself. She should work back as an Admin and eat a slice of humble pie before ever considering a managerial role. She is extremely difficult to work with and chaotic! Somebody please teach her how to dress properly at her job and give her a How to be professional for dummies. As well, UTSA has a great benefits like dental coverage. Somebody please guide her to the nearest dentist to get her teeth looked at.

Things to look for: - She is a proclaimed atheist who hates anyone of a faith background. - She has admitted of lying about her mental health disorder to the institution where supposedly got doctor orders to sign off. - She is biased to certain employees of a different background. - She is from the west side of San Antonio (area where lots of crimes occurs), she does at times act violent in the office. - She is disorganised and messy as a supervisor. - If she is called out for any mistakes or failures she will lie about it instead of owning up to it. - She will put on a facade of being tough. She is not, as the saying goes “ppl who act tough are actually soft inside”. - Her degree doesn’t not translate to her job at all. I do not recommend working for her at all.
