She projects her negative views unto others and expects you to accept them as your own. For instance, if she’s teaching you about updating the budget roster for the dept she will warn you that you’ll see other people’s pay and that it’ll seem unfair how others are paid more. Look, I’m not a finance nor HR expert but it’s common sense that professors are regardless going to be paid more than the staff. The dean will get paid more than the staff and faculty. The staff that are directly helping the Dean will ofcourse get paid more. This is simple logic not rocket science but not with Diana. Honestly, it’s none of our business to be snoopy and looking into how much others are getting paid that’s where I have to draw the line. It honestly seems like SHE HAS A PERSONAL PROBLEM WITH HOW MUCH OTHERS ARE GETTING PAID! If she has a problem with it then she should apply for those jobs or go to school and earn her bachelor’s degree in making her competitive. She has not done nothing in progressing in her career at UTSA years ago since she started working in ELPS. The only reason she working in this current dept is because she was pulled into it not because she applied for it in progressing in her career. If she’s not going to do anything in making her competitive in her role then she’s needs to shut up and continue to sit in the sidelines.
