For anyone who is inspired by Diana in working at UTSA in particularly in the same department she works at, it’s relatively easy. Here is the inside scoop of what you will need! No degree, no certification nor any form of higher education outside of HS is required as she does not have any form of collegiate education. Matter of fact, if you’re a high school drop out with no GED, I believe your chances of being accepted to this department is extremely high. You do not need an impressive resume nor a stellar work history as you could have worked in retail, sales, Fast Food industries and etc. You do need to worry about spending money on purchasing business professional, and business casual attire if hired as Diana wears the same combat boots and black jacket everyday. You do not need to worry being professional or having office skills as Diana does speak to faculty and staff members unprofessional majority of the times. However, the skills you will need to be hired and excel in this environment is having the ability to play the victim, show that you have no self accountability when things go wrong and be agile and quick to find someone to blame for your lack of career advancement and for not completing your required tasks on time. Additionally, having the acting skills to cry on command or provoke emotion will definitely bolster your chances of being hired. Furthermore, if you have the skills to create political division and tribalism in the workplace you will have a 98% chance of not only being hired but as well obtain job retainability. Lastly, not required but highly recommended in having a BMI over 40. The fact that Diana got a staff award, you know it’s gotten real bad in UTSA. To put into context for those who don’t know Diana. Diana getting an award for staff performance is like giving Adolf Hitler the Nobel peace prize.
