She has a great personality, is approachable, great communication skills, and a wonderful leader. I admire very much. She hired me as her an assistant and I see all the stress and drama she deals with daily and she does it with such grace and professionalism. I’m happy to be on her team and would love to follow her if she leaves us because I have never had a better boss in all my 30 years of work experience.

Arlee is a wonderful Program Director and leader. Many staff dislike her because she calls them out on their B.S. and actually puts them to work. She is fair, even to those who yell at her and lie about her by spreading ugly rumors. This is how I know she is not only fair but honorable. Especially after how they bully her and I have seen and heard some things they have done to her first hand. If it were me, I would have already gone over local HR and told on what local HR and her gremlins are doing. Arlee is a boss and leader that every place should have as she speaks up for those of us who are scared, tells the truth even if it’s against her boss (because it was wrong) knowing they will retaliate against her, but it is the right thing to do. I admire her for that. Devereux may not like that she speaks up for the employees and makes changes to have a better work environment and for it not to be a hostile workplace. She is absolutely the best person I have ever met.
