The most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. She is terrible at communication, blames others with her mistakes. She has formed and allowed a hostile work environment for those who are not personal friends of hers. If you are not part of that clique, you will not do well on your yearly evaluation, get pay raises and or see promotions. You can also expect to be harassed and bullied at work by her clique of bullies that she leads. She will break corporate policies and federal government rules by covering up for her clique at work if they fail to follow those policies, rules, and regulations. The all inclusivity work team does not include all members from every department, but only includes her clique of bullies. The department she runs and the clique she allows to constantly violate EEOC guidelines and regulations was reported to corporate. DO not hire or work for Arlee because you will regret it.

Do not hire this unprofessional person. She allows her team to watch movies, play video games, cook, hang out to gossip, do college classes and homework all while being on company time. She will not do her job and then forge documents to complete said tasks. DO NOT HIRE OR WORK FOR THIS PERSON.
