Arlee is a horrible PD and in general is a terrible person. She starts gossip at work about people she does not like and she plus her minions will harass and bully you until you quit or she will lie to get you fired. I tell everyone I know not to work with her. Many people have quit because of her and during the exit interview that she completes, she has the audacity to ask why are you leaving.

DO NOT work or hire her as she will run off hard working employees only because she doesn’t like them. She is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked for.

As PD, she is horrible at her job. She will try and get you to quit or fired based on if she personally does not like you or if her group of friends from work don’t. She will start a rumor about you and then act like another person started that rumor and then proceed to have a discussion with the person she blamed about not spreading rumors. 🤯. Make that make sense!!! She loves to gossip and will spend most of her day doing so. She arrives on campus around 9ish as she never arrives on time (9AM) take an hour lunch and leave at 4 but then writes others up for being tardy or leaving early. Her motto is do as I say not as I do. Basically!! LOL. She is a terrible leader and manager. DO NOT WORK OR HIRE THIS PERSON. I repeat DO NOT WORK OR HIRE THIS PERSON!!!!! You will regret it immediately!!!!
