I hope that any Airmen who is Hispanic descent are informed that Ryeshod wouldn’t give two sh*ts about y’all. Behind closed doors he’s a piece of sh*t towards Hispanic Airmen. All that smiles and bs facade he displays when he is around his Commander is all for show. If the truth came out, it would ruin his reputation just like if people knew that he invades into Airmen personal privacy. Just imagine if the roles were reversed, he would cry out racism, play the victim card and have the NAACP, Al Sharpton, every African American Airmen protesting. It’s complete BS. The fact that he’s claims to be a Christian as well is hysterical! But then again, anybody in the U.S. can be a Christian nowadays especially with the church allowing gay marriage and homosexual pastors.

This guy is absolute trash! He’s literally the example of promoting someone due to their color of their skin rather than on their work ethic, merits and character. What gets me is that he will cry out racism or complain about lack of representation in regarding fit African Americans when he treats other service members (nonblack) like trash. Furthermore, how is the Air Force not providing opportunities for African Americans to move up in ranks when he is literally the superintendent of a weather unit and served as an enlisted advisor while he is black? Lastly, how can he say the Air Force is biased towards African Americans when we literally had CMSgt Wright as our USAF chief and now our current General. He’s a f*cking idiot! Asians, Indians, Indigenous and Hispanics don’t complain of this crap but yet you see them climb the ranks. I swear Ryeshod Spencer is another African American who feels entitled due to his race. This s*it is getting tiring. I hope he leaves the military soon!
