The guy is racist point blank. He’ll talk about HBCUs this and that (schools intended for black students! Just imagine if a white guy would’ve said the same thing. The unit, base and media would have a storm). He will talk about the struggles of service members (he’s referencing for African Americans) and how we can change that but never about the service members who are of different backgrounds. About majority of his posts on his LinkedIn displays achievements of service members who are African American which is cool but you will NEVER see him talk about or display ANY achievements of anyone that has contributed to the service, weather career-field, or country that isn’t African American. It’s crazy because this guy is a SUPERINTENDENT and the fact that this is the way he thinks just tells me how biased he is. A superintendent should be serving in the best interest for anyone despite their racial background. A superintendent should be proud of anyone who has contributed to the career-field despite whatever skin color they are. If he is so hanged up on race, why doesn’t he just find a job and retire in the motherland of Africa? I mean the USA is so racist and terrible that it allowed him get free education, certification's paid for by the military, achieve SMSgt despite having a LOR and retire while harassing other service members.
