If you were to know who this guy really is, you wouldn’t want him in the military. He is not who he claims to be! He does in fact harasses his employees behind closed doors. He is supposedly a resilience trainer and a suicide advocate or so. Let me shed light that he is the one who would create a hostile atmosphere where employees would want to jump over a bridge to escape his insanity! The fact that he is a resilient trainer is laughable! The only reason he knows what resilience is most certainly due to the fact that he got reprimanded for making a false official statement as a TSgt. So what exactly is he training people on? How not to lie? Seriously, this guy is a clown. I haven’t even added that he stalks his employees which is a crime in itself.

This guy should not being advising no leader at all! It’s shameful we have such incompetent ppl as Ryeshod in our armed services. Not only has he have fallen from Grace but continues to do horrific unlawful actions in the service. The moment that he is reported and investigation by OSI for his unlawful intrusion of Airmen personal privacy and harassment of employees will be a great day in the Air Force! I look forward to seeing him out of the Air Force.
