Ding! Dong! The lunatic is gone! Jennifer was finally fired from Cradlepoint and the entire HR team is rejoicing and breathing a sigh of relief. Jennifer was the most corrupt and dishonest HR leader. She would have emotional outbursts and bully people. She kept the emails of employees who left and use their emails to write fake positive reviews on review sites like Glassdoor and others, as well as nominate herself to a number of HR recognition platforms. She was so dishonest and falsified and covered up a lot illegal things she did.

Jennifer is not open to new or different ideas other than her own. She struggles to understand how to do things differently or learn about more progressive practices that have research data supporting the benefits. She becomes paralyzed in status quo because she cannot effectively problem solve and lacks creativity to design effective interventions. Any idea that is different than hers will not be welcomed by her. She makes fun of and spreads rumors about the people she works with and has highly unprofessional contact and relationships. She’s also a raging alcoholic. People are not comfortable around her.

Jennifer isn’t able to problem solve the most basic tasks. She gets overwhelmed by the most simple tasks and cannot execute or make progress. She blames others for her inability to make progress and is a negative energy to be around. No one likes working with her and she talks about and makes fun of teammates.
