I'm glad that more people are speaking up. So unfortunate we’ve come to this. Personally, every time I see her face, I want to throw up. Veronica Donahue is immature and incompetent. She regularly lies to staff and faculty. At one meeting, she gives you some feedback. At the next meeting, she changes her mind. Nothing is ever in writing, and I mean nothing. She has a plethora of policies living in her head, but no one else is aware of them (nothing is in writing!) - the most frightening aspect of working with her. She thoroughly enjoys humiliating faculty members and employees in front of their peers. I want to do my job ethically and responsibly. With her as your boss, it is impossible. -KO

Veronica undermines cohesive and collaborative work environments. Instead, she often plays favorites and pits employees against one another. She is highly unprofessional as she talks poorly about her team with other members of her team and demands her team to take part in inappropriate situations and tasks. She "leads" with intimidation, isolation, and poor communication. Veronica thrives in a chaotic work environment that she creates and blames everyone she considers not loyal to her. Veronica is the definition of a "gaslighter." For example, she frequently insists she told you about a specific deadline when she did not or gave you unclear and confusing inductions that often change every time you speak with her while avoiding confirming anything in writing. She seems to enjoy “confusing” people about how to follow a particular set of instructions or "planned" projects, only to criticize them when they invariably make a mistake. I and so many others share similar stories about Veronica D. I hope Hopkins will do the right thing. -T
