Worked at Walmart for a long time (12 years). I love the company, but this man drove associates and customers away, including myself. He gives no respect and automatically assumes that every one else is an idiot. You can constantly hear him yelling at associates and vendors on the sales floor when he ventures out on the sales floor. Does not represent Walmart and should not represent Walmart.

Totally agree with the other rating. He demands respect but gives none. Talks down to you like a kid. I worked for Walmart for 12 years and he doesn't represent Walmarts values.

William Graham (Bill) runs the Defiance 5385 Walmart the way his employees termed "Billmart". Never ever gives words of praise or encouragement. Will berate you over and over for an hour at the drop of a hat as soon as an associate shows prospect or exceeds expectations. This can be from an actual serious infraction of Walmart's policies, but about 99% of the time it will be because he failed to give adequate direction and is verbally abusing you for not being able to determine his expectations telekinetically. The only time the associates are happy to come to work is when Bill is not there. His coaches never know what their schedule for the following week. The other associates believe it's a ploy to never let his coaches know when they can make appointments or have a social life. It keeps them 'focused on their work'.
