Absolutely horrible. She's so disconnected from her subordinates, I doubt she knows any of our names. Our job is typically WFH, but employees are required to come in one designated day each week. If you are ill, or if conditions are dangerous, she'll still require you to come in, despite her not coming in herself. During a day a work party was hosted where all other departments were allowed to leave early to attend, our department had to finish up our shift at the regular time, while she did not hesitate to ditch us. When a concern was brought up by a colleague during a meeting, based on his own personal experience, she gaslit him, blatantly telling him his experience was wrong. This woman has no business being a manager, as she's incapable of being a true leader.
