Does not work himself, takes the work of his employees and presents them to his managers for self promotion. Treats europeans and indians/pakistani differently. Being from Sri Lanka himself he knows how to tick the cultural differences and force people from asia to work more. Blackmails them. Never admit his failures, always puts the responsibilites on others. At the same time takes the credits. Professionally is not strong, however always tries to point out the he knows better than anyone else. For this reason is afraid to hire professionals in his team and prefers fresh graduates
