Taylor’s communication was horrible with her staff. She was not open for us to come to her with issues or help that we needed at work. Her answer to everything was I have a lot on my plate and I don’t have time to deal with complaints. You need to figure it out the best way you know how. She falsely fired a few black staff and let the white people get away with everything. She was in a lot of office drama and always was interested in knowing everyone’s personal business. She would not step into a classroom to help out if we were short staffed and needed a lunch break or bathroom break. She would talk down to her employees like they were beneath her and like we didn’t know how to do our jobs. She was literally the worse boss I have ever had and I have been working for 30 plus years.
