Awful manager. In my time working with him, I saw daily backstabbing, complete lack of faith in the company, demotivating behavior, inappropriate jokes, negligence of duties, ignorance of skills, you name it... After we'd noticed he had absolutely no clue how to work with the very expensive machines that were imperative to the structure and stability of the department, 2/3 of the department quit. He harassed one of the employees daily to the point of driving her out after forcing her to be absent from her child, 100% out of unfounded hostility. Then told me it was his plan from the moment he was hired. I did him the service of putting in my two weeks out of a good heart, but that meant nothing. The weird 'authority' flexes went on every morning until I was dismissed the day before my last day, he acted like I was fired until taking it back later. Just so he could do it in front of some interns in efforts to have at least someone take him seriously. It was pathetic. And hilarious to watch him squirm at the bottom of the barrel for respect. He wears the mask of an okay guy in the interview, but he is a miserable excuse for a human being that should be manning the fryer in fast food at best, not managing a gun parts engineering operation.
