Lack of authenticity, openly admitting within 90 days that she’s not shy of spending money on external contacts and a quite observable lack of retention of information that has been explained multiple times are just 3 of the failings of this person. Sadly, I think she may have a psychological issue which prevents her from working with other HR leaders who have more experience than her in certain areas, which probably explains why she brings the same people with her from job to job (who also don’t appear to hold down jobs for longer than 2 years which is her average tenure over the past 10 years of her career).
