Micromanaging to the point of being unproductive. Likes to blame employees for problems outside their control, just to make herself feel better about her own failings and poor leadership. Has zero integrity to employees and doesn't recognize the efforts of anyone who doesn't have an executive title. She has little understanding of sample collection process or how clinics operate. Absolutely fake personality and will abandon employees when funding runs out. She may have been competent enough to earn a degree, but lacks any quality that would make her a good leader.

Aware of problems but disregards solutions, blames underlings for operational factors, lacks business ethics and integrity. Does not recognize employee strengths or talents, belittles employees, ends up making work more stressful than productive. Showing up early and/or staying late to finish projects early or meet deadlines is overlooked. Fails to meet basic standards of professional courtesy or decency in the workplace, and treats inferiors as such.
