Self-focused, anti-social, quick to lose her temper. Has unrealistic expectations of having each of her team members experts in every area of SQA- Performance testing, penetration testing, security testing, automation testing. Expects these areas to be worked on on a weekly basis and updates on progress made weekly. This is in addition to your bi-weekly work you need to accomplish within your own scrum team. It's like working 5-6 different roles within the job. Only interested in her personal goals and disregards the well being of her employees. Will not stand up for her direct reports. She is fearful of what others think of her and how the SQA team is perceived. I've seen her lose her temper multiple times and will demean and diminish her direct reports, though she is very careful to not do it in a group setting. Other management is aware of her temper issues and will not meet with her individually. She will fabricate issues on your reviews and count on the fact that most people will not rebut her claims. Gets incredibly mean when these fabrications are pointed out to her. Anti-social, very rarely participating in company events. This has the effect of alienating other management, which is an issue when collaboration between teams or departments are needed. One of the worst micromanagers I have ever worked for. Constantly requesting updates, and will request to be included on every meeting. Holds weekly one-on-one meetings with each direct report. Ineffective in removing roadblocks or standing up for her own reports. Uses narcissistic tactics like gaslighting in order to keep her reports in line. Does not like being challenged or having her tactics brought to light.
