Shannon is like a cat, one minute she is nice and friendly and then without warning, she'll scratch your eyes out. I have never worked with someone who not only did not have her employees' backs, but also actively tried to throw them under the bus. Shannon has an avoidant personality and will actively be a b*tch to you so she doesn't have to speak with you. Shannon only wants the title of "manager" for the paycheck; she doesn't want to actively lead or mentor people. If she joins your org or becomes your manager. RUN. She is sneaky and pits her directs against each other. She can't have a conversation with someone like a grown up, she relies on her little tattle tale minions to tell her how they think you are doing, and once she forms an impression on you, there is no turning back.
