She is an abusive person and a horrible manager. She has zero leadership or mentorship ability. If you disagree with her about anything, you are an enemy. She is discriminatory and treats male employees far better than female employees. She gives herself financial stipends when people quit (because of her) while doing none of the work. Save yourself and don’t work for her.

She is a liar, racist and bigot. She also records conversations to have leverage against people. She covers up her poor behaviors with out right lies and firings. She is a mence. She really likes white people though. Unless you are white don't ever work with or for her.
