Toxic, belittling, vindictive, untrustworthy, jealous, messy, disrespectful, two-faced, inconsiderate of your time...Shannon is a micro-manager. She abuses her power to put others down. It's horrendous that she chooses to communicate by yelling across the room at an employee in front of many customers in the store, rather than take the employee aside discreetly. She knows when to plaster on fake charm to the customers though. She gossips behind everyone's back. She is clearly a very unhappy person and will bully others whenever she likes. Sadly, there is no real support, as the staff tolerates and looks the other way. It's incredible how the manager has escaped any corrective action!
