She is rude and condescending, lacks basic manners. VERY demanding and belittling, DOES NOT PROVIDE TOOLS TO DO A GOOD JOB. UNDERSTAFFS so she can overwork us and take home a bigger bonus, makes patients wait over two hours and lies about the wait times so Corporate thinks she is a miracle worker getting so much work out of such little people, when in reality her site is a mess, but whatever she needs to do for that bonus SHE WILL DO, EVEN LIE TO CORPORATE for YEARS. Also she is micro-managey, you could do 10000 things right but she only sees the one thing that is wrong. She talks to employees who are her minions and ignores the rest.

She is very policy oriented and by the book, she doesn’t like being told no and makes it as if you have no choice but to obey her every demanding request. She is merciless if you break even one little thing on accident she doesn’t care she’ll write you up. She micromanages as well it’s a shame to be so rotten inside whilst making so much money.
