He was really bad about managing house managers and the direct support providers that worked under him. He would cancel overtime pay for the managers and switch DSP from one location to the next. He seemed really overworked and exhausted but I personally only saw him twice and those two times he really wasn't pleasant. He didn't seem like a bad guy just really overworked but the managers under him were even more overworked and he seemed like he didn't care about the people who did their best there was a lot of decisions which I personally believe management made doing are jobs harder. The job itself was underpaid but he kept adding on more responsibility to the managers and the DSPs . I personally recommend not working for envison the upper management is crazy and they are really understaffed but the house managers and DSPs really care but working their could have been so much better if only they had better managment
