I can’t make this up! This guy complained about the lack of representation (concerning of African Americans) in the Commanders office one day when Lt Col Hermann was in charge of 23 SOWS at Hurlburt Field AFB when he himself is the superintendent of the unit as an African American with unfavorable information in his records (received a Reprimand for making a falsifying official statement) furthermore we just recently had CMSgt Wright as the CMSAF (An African American Airmen), General Brown Jr (another African Airmen) and Lloyd Austin III (another African American) as the SecDef during that time. Mind you, we have other races in the military (Asian, Indian, Native American, Hispanic, Spanish, Asian pacific, middle eastern and etc) that were not occupying such positions. I have yet to hear him speak or mention of any of these other Airmen that represent these backgrounds that are “supposedly” not represented in his conversations. The guy that complains the most about race ironically tends to be the most racist! I swear this guy is a f*cking idiot! Again, I can’t make this sh*t up!

This guy is a broken man. He’s beyond hurt and damaged that he thrives on inflecting pain unto others than trying to figure out what inward trauma he’s harboring inside that’s f*cking him up. This is why I don’t believe that he’s fit to be a leader as superintendent nor as an enlisted advisor. I’ve seen him lying numerous times at work, blaming others instead of taking ownership of his faults, spying on his peers, talking to people however he wants to, and being offended by anything and anything that someone says to him. Like I said, he shouldn’t be overseeing anyone. Furthermore, I’m calling it that one day Ryeshod will cross the wrong guy that unfortunately he will get f*cked up in losing his career, his freedom or his life. I’m saying that all the devilish crap his does behind close doors in the USAF is going to catch up to him one day where unfortunately it’ll be too late to seek mercy or forgiveness. When that day comes, his job position, rank and the people he knows won’t save him. An eye for an eye.
