He’s a very self driven person, to the point where he uses God as a way to rope in GCU students as well as painting this message of the company. He has a white savor complex but refused a kid to turn on the heater and told them to put a jacket on instead. He has 2 Teslas and a truck and I currently work at a house with a 10 passenger van from 1998. That has broken A/C. He also took away staff bonus for holidays and gave us a date we’d get them then changed the terms and said the “attendance” matters then just took it away. Meanwhile he’s building a new home. He has asked us as employees to pour into the kids but laughed when asked about pouring into employees and giving PTO. He chooses to max the sick time out at 40hrs for the year. They didn’t pay us for federal holidays just the regular OT. Still gaslit employees and said the OT includes the holiday. Overall not a good boss at all, self driven and doesn’t care about the kids unless he can capitalize off of their story.
