By far the worse person in upper management. I won't grace her with the label leader. Because she certianly is. Run run far away from Rhonda. She's a mean self involved dictator with understanding of how technology works. She buys her social presence and builds partnerships though her husbands, golf club connections. Please watch her videos on YouTube. They’re nonsensical.

Rhonda was undoubtedly one of the least effective managers I've ever encountered. It's quite a stretch to even consider her a leader. Her communication was riddled with nonsensical statements, followed by her audacious claim that we had much to learn from her. Rather than focusing on productive teamwork, Rhonda seemed more preoccupied with cultivating her personal image and influence. This self-promotion appeared to take precedence over the actual quality of work. Upon her arrival at our company, Rhonda generously distributed copies of her book, supposedly detailing the traits of a good leader. Regrettably, she failed to practice any of the principles outlined in her own book. For instance, one of her purported principles was punctuality, yet I can hardly recall a time when she arrived on time or demonstrated organizational skills. It's evident that Rhonda is a prime example of someone who leverages their wealth, privilege, and connections to secure positions. The problem lies in her inability to retain these roles, as evidenced by her consistent termination from every job in the past 15 years, all within the span of her two-year contracts. In addition to her questionable professional track record, Rhonda exhibited a cruel and narcissistic personality. Disagreeing with her on any matter would trigger her insecurities, leading to unwarranted ridicule and humiliation, often in front of her leadership team. It was an unpleasant and toxic working environment. In summary, my advice is unequivocal: steer clear of Rhonda. In fact, she's so notorious that she even had "Run Rhonda" embroidered on the back of her shoes, which speaks volumes about her reputation. As an anecdote, during a vacation in the Serengeti, she insisted on going for a run, despite the dangers involved. To satisfy her ego, she coerced a group of workers to accompany her, armed, just to capture photos of her running in Africa. This bizarre behavior only further underscores the eccentricity of her character.
