This director is not truthful with anyone. She acted like she was above everyone and not approachable. She brought her dog to work constantly putting the children in harms way. Being a bully to others is strongly encouraged by this person throughout the center. If you ever want to become a lead teacher you had better be of ethnic background. due to the fact that this is what she wants nothing else. She is mentally and emotionally abusive.
