Don’t believe his friendly exterior, it’s all a ruse. If your not one of his favorites he will find a reason to fire you or will go out of his way to ignore you. I was lied to and manipulated, pressured to work overtime, and never given the raise he promised over and over again. Even his longest standing employees expressed their desire to leave on a daily basis due to poor management and lack of honest communication.
