This idiot has put the organization back 5 years. Does not know how the ins and outs of the business as he claims. The only thing he has to show for it is that he is a parent. Being a parent does not make you a good CEO. He put a bunch of people in positions that have no business to be in that so not fit into ACA’s culture. He does not attend any all staff meetings. He got scared during last one he attended when he couldn’t answer questions about diversity equity inclusion. As a response, he hired a black Reguonal Director that is so incompetent just to say he promoted a minority. He also hired his own wife to be his chief compliance officer. This is one of the many reasons why they created CCOs, to remove conflict of interest Things have seriously gone downhill for ACA since he put in his idiotic friends including his pinhead lawyer from LifePlan to manage it. There should be calls for his removal.
