- bullies and commits and sneaky retaliation tactics.
- informal and formal complaints made about him to HR. People tend to avoid dealing with him.
People fear him because HR cannot do anything.
- low company morale due to:
Gets defensive when questioned.
Can't make decisions. He requires a committee to make decisions for him. Takes credit if successful blames and finger points when the decision is not successful.
Doesn't do his job. Often delegates his important responsibilities to his direct reports. Making him very disconnected from areas that a plant manager is responsible for.
His continuing actions appear to be protected by GE.
Very difficult to work with!!
