Nadia was made to leave because she was bullying her teammates and was not effective in her role. She never looked at things strategically or had any kind of plan. She just did what the business would ask her, even if it wasn’t ethical or legal. There are a number of lawsuits against the company because of her and what People Partner Lin Torrres did. Both were made to leave.

Nadia was not knowledgeable about Human Resources or how to create, lead, and implement a strategy. She was in way over her head for her position. She could not even have an effective or efficient team meeting. She prompted her personal friends who had even less experience, knowledge and effectiveness than others on the team. Nadia does not know how to lead a team or influence the executives. She just responded when they ask for something. She does not know the first thing about leading strategically. This is why she was made to leave GRAIL.

Nadia isn’t able to problem solve the most basic tasks. She gets overwhelmed by the most simple tasks and cannot execute or make progress. She blames others for her inability to make progress and is a negative energy to be around. No one likes working with her.
