Nadia was fired from GRAIL and apparently other places. Nadia could be the most ineffective and unknowable HR person on this earth. She was a psycho manager who lied and manipulated people. She was the root of several issues and complaints in the company. It would not be so bad if she was only ineffective, but her hostility and abusive leadership made everything worse. We are talking psycho, abusive behavior by her. I have never met someone who did not know the most basic aspects of how to lead a simple meeting. And she did not understand the concept of forming a strategy. Or even that it was part of her job.

It is a shame that Nadia was able to create the damage she did while at GRAIL. One of the first things the new CHRO did was fire Nadia. Nadia was unethical and a hostile leader. She could not even lead an effective team meeting or devise a plan for us to address the company’s talent needs. She made us change direction constantly. It was like working for a mad woman.

Nadia is the most toxic and unprofessional person you will find. She talks about and makes fun of the people on her team in a very mean spirited way. She prevents any kind of progress because she is isn’t knowledgeable on HR practices to modernize the department and organization. She does not know how to form or lead a strategy. She creates an atmosphere of fear and demeans and insults people. Everyone talks about how abusive she is and how unskilled she is.
