Mike is a retard. If I could give less than an F, I totally would! He doesn't listen, won't listen to complaints or do anything about them, he treats employees like shit in the most subtly way possible that gets under your skin. He has literally told employees before that a car wreck of a loved one was not important enough to call out but leaves every day when his tummy hurts and refuses to accept a clearly pregnant girls doctors note for light duty. He stands around doing someone else's job and doesnt even know how to do his own. There is a plethora of things I can say but do not have the space. He is a f---- moron with the brain of a squirrel and gasps for air like a goldfish. Anyone who works for him with this knowledge already in place is just as stupid.
