I know the only issue at that spa is Megan Lane, and who she feels is"worthy" to be in her inner circle when it comes to booking appointments for the service providers. She has been dead set on making the Fairmont "her" spa since she got back from Maternity leave. She was gone most of 2022 because of previously mentioned maternity leave there is nothing wrong with that. But the team that was there during that time got a 4 start rating, she came back, started problems and has since fired or drove everyone out with the changes she's made, even the previous director left. The company keeps her because she transfered in after being in a different department for years. The woman has no experience in the spa industry. She has clear favoritism and can I say I blame her?, she is clearly is being shown favorably HR, or whoever let her do this crap. Anyone from a glance can see what's going on here. I've been away from the company for 6 months now and I'm still hearing about how terrible she is.
