Mr. Hendrixson is the office administrator at McKeen & Associates, P.C. He has accomplished exactly nothing in his time in his position. He plays favorites and ignores staff that don't qualify for that list. He is supposed to be the person staff can go to with issues or concerns and be the go between between all staff and the main attorney/owner of the firm. Instead he is a complete suck up to the owner. He ignored an entire department's request for assistance to help them do their jobs better. There are serious problems with the building the firm is located in. Mr. Hendrixson ignored concerns from staff and lies constantly about work being done and the status of the building. He has no problem putting staff in dangerous situations. He does not support the employees by any means. He sends out emails that don't matter about server updates at 3:00 a.m. on Saturday, but nothing about the building being flooded, the elevators being down, the fires in the building, people somehow sneaking to the floor the firm is on after hours to follow staff around, yelling at them and threatening them. This man shouldn't be allowed to manage himself let alone a law firm. He is completely incompetent. Not to mention he is creepy. He lurks around the office either making inappropriate comments or listening in on staff conversations to he can report back to the owner.
