One of the last leads at LucaNet who is really hands on. Nearly 24/7 reachable and a expert in almost every topic. He provides support in the department far beyond his area of responsibility. One of the first who speaks if something goes wrong, even if it‘s not good for his reputation. You can notice that he wants to do the best possible job. If something is important for the company, he is working until it‘s finished. You can rely on him, if no one can fix it, he has an idea and takes the responsibility for it. He is a little bit introverted and wants to get immediately to the point. If you know that this is just his way to communicate, everything is fine. I would wish for more time to talk with him, but because he leads the team and is working for three, it‘s hard to get time outside the dailies and weeklies.
