I gotta say, working with Manuel was an absolute pleasure . With no doubthe he was one of the best manager i have ever worked with . He's just one of those rare people who really gets what it means to be a leader. Always there for the team, full of empathy , understanding and kindness - everybody in the team really loves him. He is brilliant , hard worker, high skilled network engineers. he's always there with a helping hand and a word of advice. Plus, his brains are packed with IT and networking knowledge, so he's the go-to guy when you're stuck or need fresh ideas. Sadly, I had to leave because of some personal stuff. But let me tell you, if I get the chance to work with him again, I'd jump at it, no questions asked. So, if you're thinking of teaming up with him, just go for it. You won't regret it!

One of the last leads at LucaNet who is really hands on. Nearly 24/7 reachable and a expert in almost every topic. He provides support in the department far beyond his area of responsibility. One of the first who speaks if something goes wrong, even if it‘s not good for his reputation. You can notice that he wants to do the best possible job. If something is important for the company, he is working until it‘s finished. You can rely on him, if no one can fix it, he has an idea and takes the responsibility for it. He is a little bit introverted and wants to get immediately to the point. If you know that this is just his way to communicate, everything is fine.
