Trinity, please do everybody a favor and do not allow Lisa Chavez to have any employees under her! As a collective community we are still appalled that she was even hired at the Trinity. If reports of Lisa demonstrating any inappropriate actions, harassment, violent outbursts to employees, caught making official false statements and unlawful actions, please do everybody a favor and hold her accountable to the fullest extent possible. For the love of God, do not cover it up and throw it under the rug as UTSA have done multiple times. Hold her accountable, fire hire and report her to the police department! I have heard Lisa complained about men in the workforce and how unfair females don’t receive the same treatment as males. Do us all a favor and treat her as a man as she desires to be treated. Please punish her, fire hire if she is ever caught doing any unlawful actions, report her to campus police, and report her to the city police department. She’s gone too far in her career by sliding under the radar due to her being a woman, playing the Mexican card or her “supposedly mental disorder” that coincidentally shows up at the right moment to evade from any mistakes she makes and surprisingly disappears the next day. Please, please, please Trinity hold her accountable as any office would to any male employee. Please hold her accountable and terminate her if she is ever caught in doing any shameful act. Thank you! You don’t understand the joy you would bring to many employees if she is given the same treatment as she’s done to many employees.

Beware! She has a record of harassing employees in the work place from her prior job at UTSA. She harassed employees based on their religious affiliation and of their gender (male). It is against the law to harass employees and to discriminate anyone based on their gender and religious affiliation. I am concerned of the employees working at Trinity University. How was she ever hired here?

It’s astonishing how Trinity has a staff member who is a misandrist and bigot working here. It is rumoured she had issues at her last employment at UTSA and her organisation received multiple complaints of her vile behaviour from her past employees. She should not be working at a University especially around students. Get her out of here!
