Worst employee ever! Can you imagine if a white woman were to be openly racist, discriminatory towards other races, a bigot and harassed other employees in the workplace! She would’ve lost her job but as well been on the headlines for the local news! How does she get away with this type of behavior? If it’s due to her “mental disorder” that she so happens to have (and I use that term loosely) wouldn’t that raise concerns for the employer? I hope she gets investigated!

The fact that she disrespects employees, managers and provides low quality work (and will lie about any mistakes she makes) and makes excuses by blaming it on her “mental health disorder” she shouldn’t even be considered in being employed at all in any university institutions. What complete trash she is!

I hope somebody puts her in her place! Her last supervisor at UTSA, would get walked all over like a door mat, disrespected by Lisa in numerous conversations without any repercussions. I would love to see a supervisor that has no tolerance for stupidity, actually put her in her place and reprimand her and or fire her from her job! Furthermore, I do hope the next time she tries her stupidity at one of her employees again that an employee would actually record her actions and actually report her to authorities and the police. If not, I’m sure she’s going to come across the wrong employee at the wrong time of day and will get assaulted by the employee out of frustration and anger due to Lisa toxic ways. God I would love to see that happen!
