The one area I want to emphasize is she will project her fears and dislikes to others. You will be expected to share the same fears as her and hate the same things or people like her. If you do not agree with her in any way, be prepared to be on the chopping block! Other areas I want to highlight, don't be surprised if a monthly office function takes place in a fine dining place by the director and Lisa behaves socially awkward, rude and is just too aggressive. According to her words, she grew up struggling economically with her parents in the worst part of San Antonio. She sees everything as a threat or is extremely defensive of people or areas of a higher social class. Again, if she acts or behaves awkwardly it's something mental where she is combating inwardly to protect herself from any harm or threat.
