Dr. Cox definitely has shaken things up at Auburn. There is a long term culture here of not wanting or caring enough to improve. She has good ideas, high expectations and the guts to make change happen. She is passionate about the student experience. I am a better student affairs manager because of how she leads and what she teaches us.

I have had the pleasure of working with Lady Cox, Associate VP of Student Affairs, and I couldn't disagree more with the negative reviews that she has received. In my experience, she has been an exemplary administrator who is committed to fostering a positive and productive work environment for her team. Contrary to what has been said, I found Lady to be warm, approachable, and respectful toward her subordinates. While she has high expectations for her team, she is also a supportive and caring mentor who always takes the time to provide feedback and guidance to help her team members grow and develop in their roles. As for the claims of micromanagement, I found Lady to be a detailed-oriented administrator who is focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for her students and staff. While she does have high standards, she also trusts her team to do their jobs and gives them the autonomy they need to succeed. Regarding claims of being out for her own advancement, I found Lady to be a selfless and dedicated leader who is focused on advancing the goals and objectives of the institution as a whole. She is always looking for ways to improve processes and support her team in achieving their goals, and her professional exterior is a testament to her commitment to her role and the institution. Regarding claims that Lady is a hideous mark on a family-friendly place like Auburn University, I strongly disagree. Lady has been a key contributor to creating a supportive and inclusive campus culture that values and respects the diversity of all its members. In conclusion, I highly recommend Lady as an exceptional administrator who is dedicated to her role and the success of her students and staff. Don't let negative online reviews misguide you; my experience working with her has been nothing but positive. I will agree, she’s a very snazzy dresser…always polished and put together!
