I disclosed a disability to Kristin as well as troubles I was having with my new supervisor finding accommodations for that disability. She made a number of promises to help or look into this, but over the course of months did nothing. I also made a couple of complaints to her reporting discrimination and obvious violations of company policy, but again she did nothing. No investigation, no written records, no follow up, and absolutely no follow-through on her promises. She is nice, but not dependable or honest, and I would avoid sharing sensitive information with her.
