I'm pretty sure the other reviews on here were from people who were let go for not doing their job and probably didn't even report directly to him. I've never experienced anything but kindness and support from Kevin. He's always accesible and genuinely cares about his team. Whenever I reach out to him with a problem he's always willing to talk it through with me and I have never felt like I'm bothering him. He's very busy, but he's always managed to make time for me and I've heard the same from other people on the team. I don't report directly to him, but I've worked under other VP's who never took time to be available or one's that we weren't allowed to reach out to. He's made it very clear that anyone can reach out to him with a big or small problem. I would work for him wherever he goes and he has a great reputation in the eating disorder field. If you ever read this I want you to know how much I appreciate you.

He lies, he doesn’t verify info before getting people in trouble, no integrity, narcissistic, hires friends, fires people to cover up his own ignorance and incompetence. He will say things to sound kind and empathetic and then out of nowhere you see his actions prove the opposite. He tripled the workload and fired several people to save money and made us do the work of their full time job that he eliminated and no concept of the roles of those he supervises and then gets his staff in trouble or fires them for things he has no clue about. Doesn’t follow through on technical issues reported to him repeatedly and then fire people for the system the technical issues caused issues with not being fixed and not working for those who reported the issues in the first place! Fired too staff he had for reasons that make no sense and then brings in people he knows from the last facility he worked for. No clinical licensing but tells those with licenses what to do which makes no sense. Tripled workload with no increase in pay since main staff are salary then fires you if you can’t keep up with ridiculous workload/demands despite working over 60 hours per week to keep up. He is losing and firing the best staff the company has from being at his highest level of incompetence. Very sad and frustrating to work for him because of what he has caused.

He is all talk and no follow through. 10/10 leaving the company after 2 years because of him.
