Always finding problems and never offering solutions (e.g. telling employees that you must use a certain piece of equipment for a task, you will get in trouble if you perform said task without said equipment, yet not providing said equipment). Managerial style is joking around with ppl pleasantly and then talking down to them privately about things that cannot be helped (offers no solution). Micro manages tasks that not even in his department. Micro manages tasks that are in his department without offering any solutions. Throwing away useful tools that help employees get the job done (e.g. lift equipment for moving around heavy appliances, stools needed for office work). Pretends he’s interested but actions say otherwise.
