Does not take responsibility or back up her staff. Throws people under the bus very often to save herself. Does not know how to manage people and prefers to start office drama rather than delegate work. Is often heard loudly complaining about work but also leaves the office early for nail and hair appointments. Guilts staff to work on daisy's and often after a long weekend to make up for a national holiday. Will contradict herself during meetings. Gets upset when people take notes because "it's so contrived" to point out something she previously said. Very happy to not work with her anymore.
