Absolutely the worst boss I've ever worked for. Frequently promised things to employees and then reneged on those promises. Constantly announced changes to procedures to entire organization, then changed her mind (or forgot she made such a change) without communicating that to the organization, and publicly chastised employees for doing things in exactly the way she'd communicated to the organization to do things. Spoke poorly of employees to their colleagues, and never trusted that her employees were actually doing their work appropriately. Mislead people about what roles/responsibilities she was hiring them for, and hired people for certain roles only to let them go a few weeks later after deciding she didn't need that role after all.
