A dishonest, micro-manager that gives zero direction to her team but expects them to consistently guess what she wants. She's a terrible communicator, refuses to open lanes of communication and absolutely serves the leadership team before her own employees. She can be condescending when you ask questions and seems to enjoy pitting employees against eachother. She can be quite territorial and regularly lets employees know how much she works in an effort to bully them into giving up planned time off or working in the evenings or weekends. Michael J Fox would be better at connect the dots than she is at being a middle manager.
